Worst experience with them. Booked an appointment at 16:40pm tonight (12.02.23). Turned up at 16:30pm with the shutters closed and my time completely wasted, no phone call no email nothing to say that they wouldn't be there when the opening hours on a Sunday are until 5pm!!!

Absolutely shocking got a quote online which was very low but I accept anyways got there the guy sat in the car put in the mileage which had only gone up a couple miles from the figure I put in online took quick look at the outside and quoted 900 less than I was quoted at first just felt insulting waste of a trip there got out of there as quickly as possible

Quick and easy process. My only issue is that webuyanycar do not state in advance how much dents and scratches reduce the price. I had one <10mm dent and a small bumper scratch which lowered the price £500. On a 7 year old car this is hardly unusual. It should be clearly stated with the online valuation that this assumes showroom condition!
