Bath Mill Lodge Retreat

Stayed in a lodge that overlooks Newton Brook.Site was small but a stunning location, the lodge was excellent.Was made to feel welcome on arrival the bar and bistro was excellent.Would recommend and would definitely visit again.

We had a fantastic few days here, which gave us an easy 10 minute drive into Bath for day trips. The rooms service and location are pretty much spot on. The price was excellent for this time of year. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely lodge clean tidy , I know it stated there was no hob or oven , but was a pity as food in restaurant was not cheap . Apart from that the staff two young gentlemen in the Restaurant were brilliant, great service .The food was wonderful , and breakfast was quirky . Definitely stay again keep doing what your doing .

As a family of 5, the lodge we stayed in slept 8 people with three bathrooms (one bath two showers) the rooms are specious and well equipped. The showers are difficult to turn as limescale has stiffened them and they have no levers to grip.The living area is large open plan and surrounded in windows over looking other lodges, we found this to be a little disappointing as we lacked any privacy in the day or when sitting on the decking.The cafe/bar is lovely, nice coffee and atmosphere to sit and chill, it can get busy at lunch and dinner time over the weekend.When it comes to cleanliness we have realistic standards however the lodge was not the cleanest, marks on windows, cigarette ash all over the outside table, cobwebs, general grubbiness everywhere and we found some previous peoples vegetables in a cupboard..We loved the location, a nice brook passes thru the grounds, you can drive to the park and ride to visit bath city centre or there is a small walk.If you stay in summer, take a fan or ask for one at the reception because with all the windows the lodge can get very warm.If I ever visit bath again, I would return here. It just requires some tweaks to improve

Generally very nice, our second stay, visiting our son at uni here in Bath. Not perfect, but very nice and quiet with an onsite bar/bistro with excellent staff site wide.

Stayed in the Norland Lodge for 2. This is a great location for walks or visits to Bath and the surrounding area. On this occasion, purely rest and relaxation. Felt very luxurious with the robes and toiletries, loved the huge bathroom and rainfall shower. On site restaurant not bad, plenty of farm shops in the vicinity if you're looking for fresh fare. I would stay again and recommend this location. Plus on site gym a bonus.

Great place to stay, very quiet mostly. Bar/restaurant was okay with normal pub style food. Very nice people. Well looked after.The park is a dream. Local bus service takes you into town, traffic and parking are always an issue in Bath.Recommend a visit.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge itself was pretty basic but everything was clean and it had what you needed. The location was absolutely amazing, only 10 minute drive to bath! We took our dogs with us and there was a big park at the back to walk them. Loved our stay :)

Nice location small stream running through the site,there is a restaurant on site restricted opening times.quite peaceful location. The lodgers are well maintained and offer a bit of luxury. Entrance to the site is controlled by a electric barrier.

Very central for exploring Bath and surrounding areas. Well kept small site. Peaceful. Would stop again. Handy for Park and Ride. Disabled adult in our party and apart from 4 steps into lodge everything was accessible for our needs. Bathroom spacious and master en suite shower room. Plenty of space in living area and kitchen was well equipped. Staff were really helpful, friendly and approachable.
