I moved recently to Emerson Valley so i said to find a haircut as i needed.Google it and found Mirror Mirror Hair and seeing all this reviews i said why not, even if seems (to me) more a beauty salon for Ladies and not for Men haircut.Professionalism...i could give a starIf i feel good... Yes 4 starsPrice....well a little bit expensive for my haircut.The lady or girl that cut my hair didn't sems to know how to cut my hair, Notice that by the way that was using the tools and because didn't finish.She ask what i want and just tell her to do by her as i wanted to give her confidence and i'm not sorry doing this, just hope she will know that maybe in the future other persons will not be like me, and her inexperience is very easy noticeable.My opinion is just for my haircut and i don't have a doubt that in Ladies haircut is totally different.The rest is ok very nice salon and very nice staff, and this makes you look a little bit over other issues.Please this to be taken as constructive critic and not otherwiseIf i will come back ? well seems strange but Yes i will and take my partner there as well.

First time visit, booked with Mandy. Staff were friendly. Took my coat and saw me on time. Was happy with my wash cut and blow dry. Will recommend to others. Price was reasonable.

The girls here have been so wonderful! Such a friendly and reliable salon! However Debbie in particular has been absolutely amazing and patient with me and my hair! I came in a few weeks ago after being let down by a different hairdresser, I had long brown hair and wanted to go for short and blonde, it’s been a process, but Debbie has been so understanding and patient, she has explained every step and decision along the way and today I left with a huge smile on my face after finally reaching our goal! I could not recommend her or this salon enough!

I have relocated to Reading but still come back to Mirror Mirror to have my hair coloured and styled. I had to cancel my appointment due to illness recently and they were fully booked the following week. I was desperate! Ruth rang me the next day and fitted me in around her other clients. Excellent customer service.

Always so kinda and friendly I've been going there for well over 10years alway get my hair just how I want it everytime it was also an amazing place to work I highly recommend

Nice place, I took my neighbour we both went to get our hair done. I brought some jewellery too from here. The staff were so nice and friendly, warm and welcoming. They even got the door for us on our way out- exceptional customer service.Only issue is, my neighbour felt it was over priced and her layered hair did not meet her expectations, she will not be going back here again.I liked it though ☺️

Came here to get a perm done for my hair. Excellent service. Took my coat as I came in, have friendly staff, made me feel welcome. The perm was excellent and they asked precisely what I wanted and were able to perm my hair just how I wanted it. No doubts needed... I recommend this salon to anyone who has the opportunity to go

Wonderful wonderful salon! Had colour and cut today at Mirror Mirror for the first time and it was exactly what I was hoping for. So incredibly pleased with the outcome! Esther is so talented, friendly and a pleasure to talk to.Looking forward to my next visit already!
