I wanted to write to express my heartfelt gratitude to the women who deep cleaned my home The service was excellent, fantastic, dependable, and incredibly professional. This was my third try to find a reliable house cleaning service. Your organisation was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and answered all of my inquiries. Kim came to my house to analyse my needs and present a plan of action as a consequence of the phone call. She was really knowledgable, direct, and had excellent communication skills when explaining what, how, and why certain services were required. I accepted to your services right away. The women arrived at my house on schedule, evaluated the work, and got to work thorough clean. They worked well together and had a pleasant mindset. Kim demonstrated a positive attitude and work ethic as she assisted in cleaning the inside and outside windows. She was even willing to navigate my shrubs to complete the task. Laura worked on the sliding glass doors and runners. Emily cleaned the kitchen and a problematic refrigerator while Kim did the floors and mopping. They worked hard and frequently asked clarifying questions to ensure that I got what I desired. They then followed up to ensure that everything was exactly how I had requested. Kim was in charge of quality control. It was refreshing that she was the one who sold the service and subsequently the one who ensured the quality right. She also pitched in to help with the cleaning. As a result of all of these aspects, I am extending my contract to include additional regular cleaning and have already suggested your services to several individuals. Mess.o.s' crew is a valuable asset to the company.

Kim and her team ( the Kimettes) as my husband calls them, breathe a breath of fresh air into our house once a fortnight. They work energetically and with purpose to ensure that our house is clean and well presented. We are really pleased with their high standard of work.
