Responded to their request to send an email enquiry. Had acknowledgment they had received it, then nothing!!! Makes me wonder what sort of response I would get if I tried to contact them after work had been done. Their lack of courtesy has cost me unnecessary wasted time, when I could have been contacting someone else.

A very rude person on the counter. Didn't have the decency to ask, why I'm there. He just send me out saying I will not be served, even I was talking with one of his colleague on the phone and said to come there.
