We booked this accommodation as we were visiting family very close to this location. I grew up in Rossington but now live overseas so I knew this would be the perfect location.Dean House is in a residential area, and it was very quiet at night. It is right next to a nature area that is a great walk to do, and also it is not far from a bus stop that takes you right into Doncaster where there are all the high street shops you need. Also the train station to take you anywhere else.The house is compact but fairly well kitted out for all your needs.Michelle and James were great to deal with by phone at any time.I would recommend staying at Dean House.Andrea Veenstra

This is a lovely little two bedroom house based in Rossington. It has everything you need for a short stay and is within an easy drive to Doncaster. The big benefit to us was the self contained garden as we were travelling with our two dogs. Michelle was very helpful and friendly and was contactable when we needed any further information. It was our first visit to Dean House but as we visit friends in Doncaster at least twice a year we are hoping to make a return visit to Dean House in 2024.

We had a great stay! Went for Doncaster races and spent a couple of nights here at Michelle's place, 2 couples. It's in a residential area, nice and quiet and easy to find. Taxi ride away to the centre and Doncaster is a great night out! The place itself is very comfortable, clean and home away from home. Michelle was excellent with communication and was very helpful and attentive. Definitely recommend and will stay again.

Michelle’s property was beautiful and very well presented Michelle couldn’t do enough for us if we had any questions she replied extremely quickly 100% would recommend them to anyone and will use her again when family visit thanks again x

Love this place - a home from home with great facilities and everything kept beautifully clean. Check in and out really simple. Much better value than booking a hotel in this area - I can highly recommend!

What a wonderful house!I arranged with the owners for some friends visiting from overseas to stay at Dean House as a base for the local leg of their visit to the UK.They (and I) were very impressed.Immaculately clean and perfect for them as a family of 5, they were within a short walk of the local play-park and coffee shop, as well as the local pub, with its monthly food fayre and resident pizza place.Twenty minutes on foot or five in the car take you to the Miller and Carter steak house, and a little more than ten minutes will see you to Yorkshire Wildlife Park.Perfectly situated in a pleasant neighbourhood to take advantage of Doncaster and the environs.Dean House is an ideal home from home for business travellers, but equally suitable for a comfortable longer stay.Arranging everything with Michelle was easy as pie, communication leading up to the let was perfect.I really couldn't recommend more highly.Many thanks!

Excellent AccomodationStayed at this accomodation and loved it, its one of the best Air BnB l have been to. The house was immaculate and very clean, it had all the things listed on the website. It looked excactly like it does on pictures. It is in a nice quiet area.My friends l shared the house with were also impressed with the booking.Host Michelle’s communication was excellent, she called me a day after my booking and explained things to me. She was warm and pleasant, her response to questions was prompt from the time of booking up to check out.No need for me to look anywhere else .Will definately book again.

We stayed in Dean House as we had a business trip in the local area so combined this with a few days away. It was very well equipped and in a great location. The area is extremely quiet and the bed was very comfortable. We're definitely coming back again when I need to visit the client again. The Wildlife Park is amazing! We talk about it all the time and have some great photos.

We stayed in April, our first trip to Doncaster, it was like home from home, welcoming and comfortable and the welcome goodies were extremely well received. I stayed with my teenage sons and we all had a fabulous stay and will return
