Great fun. The open session on a Tuesday was brilliant for my 2 1/2 year old daughter, me and her had a really good time.

My girls have been going here for 3 weeks now, and are loving it. Appears to be a very well structured and safe environment.

My daughter loves coming here. They make great suggestions for her to better herself while at home. They motivate her well.There is somewhere for me to sit and watch her on screen, and make myself a hot drink.

My daughter does Spirals on Fridays and they couldn't be more helpful. Fantastic coaches who know how to develop children to release their true potential, fantastic facilities ensuring no one can get hurt and allowing confidence to try out stunts. Most of the floor is padded and bouncy and a veriety of equipment from high beams to bars, trampolines and foam pit to encourage various jump stunts. Awesome experience and my daughter always looks forward to going.My daughter has now been going to Spiral Gymnastics for sometime and I love how well she is developing with the leadership of the coaches. The facilities have recently been refurbished which includes the lobby area to allow more space for parents to watch their kids doing their favourite sport. Highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to start their kids on Gymnastics and develop the skills to a professional level.
