Good parking nice easy 10 minutes walk to east croydon station and the whitgift. 3 stars as was abit run down with a strong smoky smell like an old pub. No toilet facilities that I could see which was a shame especially after driving for an hour! Overall okay for what it is for the price would expect better facilities.

Convenient location, Always have space available. Price is never cheap to park in Croydon, but reasonable compared to alternatives.

Difficult to find machines to pay second floor machine out of order - no signage to tell you that you can pay at exit gates so unless you know walk around for ages trying to find machine that works. Unable to use paper ticket to access car park so have to walk to entry gates.

Stench of urine in staircases and lift. Litter and needles outside pedestrian entrance which was in unlit cul de sac. Felt very unsafe on my own even in daylight. Did not want to return after dark so moved car in daylight to expensive car park.

Seems everything is new since APCOA taken over the management. But still same price.

This seemed to be the cheapest car park in this area. The night rate is only £3 (7pm to 5am). The surface car park is £5.60 at night. The day tariffs here are also cheaper. It is a safe car park with shutters to go in and out. There was a security guard checking the car park around 10.30pm, when we left. This is a convenient car park for the centre of Croydon (shops, restaurants, Vue Cinema).

Great for the price. I don't see this as a good place to conceal a dead relative as it may be easily discovered by a fellow car park user who could raise the alarm and the game would be up. A least a custodial sentence for such a serious crime.

Cheaper than the other two in the town centre and you can install an NCP app to use the QR code - you scan it when entering and exiting. If you enter payment details in the app, you get charged automatically. Nothing wrong with the car park (used it once only, during daylight), apart from the fact that it's impossible to find toilets - there are no signs around. Not surprised the stairs stink of urine. I wouldn't want to park there after dark and/or on a regular basis though. Also doesn't feel safe if you're a woman.

Not safe, do not use this car park after dark. NCP have made no improvements in the year-ish that I've had to park here.Unfortunately this is my only option for work, and I feel nervous and anxious returning to my car every evening after 9/10pm.Don't use the stairwells after dark as you will often encounter intimidating or very intoxicated men and women that use the place as shelter. They hang out in the stairwells 24/7 but are less intimidating in the light of day!Recently late at night I encountered a man sitting alone in the dark on the 6th floor next to my car, mine was the only car left on the whole floor - I have no idea of his intentions as I legged it to the security office on the ground floor!If you need to leave your car there late, be sure to move it to the 3rd/4th floors - you can access these floors using external staircases that are never occupied as they aren't covered.
