Ordered and paid a browband in october 2021, never got it or even a tracking link, but on their website it says my order has been shipped. I have tried to contact them many times with different email addresses and chats but they never answer any of them. Do not order from them!

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SEND YOUR ITEM. THEY WILL COME UP WITH EVERY EXCUSE IN THE BOOK TO CONVINCE YOU THEY HAVE SENT YOUR ITEM, EVEN SET UP A TRACKING CODE WITH EVRI BUT IT NEVER UPDATES. WHEN CONFRONTED THEY ACCUSE YOU OF BEING RUDE AND BLAME YOU. THERE STORY HAS CHANGED SO MANY TIMESS TOO AS TO WHY IT HASN'T BEEN POSTED. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!

I purchased a training rope from this company, the clasp snapped after 4 uses, the product is obviously not fit for purpose and is extremely dangerous. I have tried to arrange a resolution but the company won’t reply and have blocked me from leaving feedback on eBay. DO NOT USE!!!

We paid for a harness and were told it would be delivered a week later, it didn't arrive, We phoned and were given another delivery date but it still didn't arrive, we were then told it would definitely be with us the day before yesterday but it didn't arrive they company didn't give us a delivery number when we asked and now they aren't answering the phone or responding to messages.
