Received an automatic quote from them. I replied by sending them multiple emails but had not response. Called their office and was kept on hold for 7min and then told nobody was available. I asked them to call me back within one hour, and 24 hours later still no response.I would highly recommend using another solicitors. If they treat new customer leads this way, I dread to think how they treat existing customers.It looks like they are a low ball Solicitors that does not give enough time and attention. use another company, even if you have to pay more.You've been warned!!!

No communication at all apart from a quote that we received to proceed buying a house, ended up changing solicitors and companies. No communication and not knowing where your process is at is not really what you want when buying your first home. I also found myself having to badger them to answer the phone to the estate agents which they never actually did so I then had to have phone calls with the estate agents so they could actually figure out where we had got to. Would not use again ever! More stress and frustration is not what I paid them for!

(Crook office) I gave them one star because I had to give them something. Incompetence isn't the word. Laziness is more like it. Or uselessness. Coming up a year for house sale/purchase. No dialogue. Avoid.

We made an appointment weeks in advance to have 2 wills made. My partner had to take a day off work especially to attend as we wanted them done ASAP.We were put into a small room to wait for the solicitor...I think her name was Lynn,After 5 minutes a lady came in and said Lynn was not in the office, so we couldn't have the wills done.We were also told there were no appointments until the new year.Very disappointed we were not informed, as it would have saved us a trip, and my partner could have gone to work instead of taking a day off.
