A delightfully-presented convenience shop, with bright lighting and a concise and spacious layout. There is a large range of loose vegetables and other fresh items, and shelves are kept very neat. The self-service areas work well, although security is provided by a face-level CCTV camera, instead of a bag weighing system, providing some more freedom of where to place the bags. The shop is extremely clean and well-managed, although that would be expected since it has only been open for a few days, so far.

Lovely layout inside the store with helpful staff as i went to scan my Clubcard my google pay automatically payed through my phone i was told by the lady behind the counter that she could refund the order and then re scan everything so i could use my Clubcard that sounded great but a week on and my order still hasn't been refunded I've tried to contact the store directly through there online number on multiple occasions but have been sent straight to answer phone and when contacting Tesco themselves they have told me to contact the store directly i unfortunately don't live in Lincoln and am not there until the 22nd of April so if any possible member of staff is able to email me and then i will send my phone number that would be great and i will gladly change my 3 star to a 5

There was a woman working at 22:30 on 09/04/2023 who accused me of not paying for a bag (I had) and then harassed me until I paid for a bag again. I will never be returning to this store again as this woman clearly takes pride in abusing her position of power. To do this in a cost of living crisis is absolutely shameful. Really disappointed in Tesco for allowing this to happen. I really do expect better.

I regularly pop in here to get bits and bobs. Thought I'd review today because Saffron who served me was absolutely wonderful, I look forward to continuing my frequent. Brilliant friendly local :)

Visited here today, where staff members were sneezing directly into their hands before handling items. Surely they should go wash their hands first ? Disgusting.
