My dog had a lovely cut, not perfect because he is a tricky one who wants a cut on his terms. I am glad I took my dog - good quality, good value & definitely knows about dogs. I learnt my dog is a spitz & having looked it up I am chuffed. I will go back definitely

Took my puppy in today and was shown to the back to talk about what i wanted. I left him there feeling very reassured that he would be fine with the grooming. I was so happy with the result he looks fantastic and such a fab price too. I found the lady there very knowledgeable about different needs of dogs, patient and friendly.

I could have literally done the same myself dogs look like they been sheep sheered. Dogs seemed shaken up.… so sorry not going back again what an awful place and experience.

So pleased with the trim on my Frida a 6 month old mini labradoodle on the 2nd March, 2022. She came back looking & smelling impeccablle. I couldn't of wished for anything better It was lovely to meet Jacke & óne of her dogs Wiz. Frida looks impeccable and I will be using her ln the future. I suggest you do the same and be as amazed as I was.Impeccable service.& Thank you Jackie for 9a wonderful trim of her fur and trim of her claws too.

I had my Malshi puppy clipped and he looks fantastic what a lovely shop and a very understanding owner she couldn’t be more helpful

Went in to get my dogs claws trimmed down. He's a fairly large dog and is rather old. When we arrived, we went into the back room where the member of staff was rather direct and somewhat rude. Her attitude was poor and had no patience for my dogs needs. He was unable to climb onto the table. Instead of talking and finding the best solution, she grabbed him and subsequently caused him great pain and discomfort. After we'd then managed to properly get him onto the table, she began to get very impatient and aggressive towards my dog and began to shout and swear at him. I found the whole experience incredibly un-nerving and unprofessional. I hate to think what could have happened to my dog if we hadn't stayed through the appointment!I recommend to anyone that they avoid this business at all costs!Unbelievably poor service and seemed somewhat cruel.

We have always taken our rescue Shih Tzu to this groomers and have never had any issue. The groomer/owner is a lovely woman and she takes such care of her little fury visitors. Mr Benny (our pooch) never has any issues going in and he's always wagging his tail when he sees us after his grooming. Her prices are great and very competitive for the area. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs their dog grooming.

Took my Labrador for a full bath and de-shed today. I looked at previous reviews and was dubious at first, but if I'm honest they were completely opposite to the bad reviews written about Posh Paws!Honey hates getting groomed, and Jac was very tentative with her and I felt confident Honey would be absolutely fine.Honey came out gleaming and smelt incredible! Really reasonable price and was very happy with the service. Thank you!

The first time I visited was for my cockapoo to have his free puppy hair cut, I can’t say I was pleased with the customer service but my puppy was clean and looked happy.Today I visited for his first proper bath cut and clean. On arrival I was (not so greeted) by the owner. Then I assume her employee who would do my puppy’s service. She was nice to start with and asked me to come back in a couple of hours.On my return I come in and once again the owner comes to the door and I ask how he had been and her reply was she will tell you.“She” came with my dog who looked traumatised she told me he hated everything. She gave me some advice how to clean his face which when showing me he yelped due to how hard she held him and apparently bitten her which I saw nothing of!Very rude would highly recommend not to use this place. More interested in money than your pet. It clearly states that on the wall anyway.
