Was issued the wrong cream last night. Called for some time to get through to advise it’s still sealed, can I return for a refund.They said I can return the cream to be disposed of but not for a refund, what sort of useless, un-customer friendly response is that.In future I’ll go elsewhere now. Can’t stand responses like that!Also, same as everyone else said, the queue was the problem here… I came at 7:40pm and was told to come back at 8pm and use the side window… had I not have needed to do this, I could have checked what wrong product I was paying for to stop me doing so!

Not sure where else to add this feedback. It is great that service continues to midnight as this is much needed in the area, but would recommend a review to check how this is applied.I went to the pharmacy as my wife is pregnant and needed few things. Arrived more than 10 minutes before midnight and infront of me was a lady and her son who were getting a prescription. I waited patiently and politely till they were sorted, staff saw me waiting, and at one point the son rang the bell again, and when staff came to the window, the lady apologized and told that staff that it was her son again, but there is another customer waiting to be seen, and pointed towards me. When my turn came, I was told that till is closed as it is midnight and they can't give me anything and that pharmacy will open again at 8am.I explained that I was waiting for over 10 minutes next to the lady and her son, and that if this was not urgent and my wife was not pregnant, I would have came at this time, but kept getting the same answer, the till is closed as it is midnight, and we can't give you anything.Maybe it is a mistake on my part, but my understanding if that I arrived before closure, I should have been helped specially with the situation and the service needed. If that was the case, then hope this feedback is taken on board and passed to staff as this is an important and vital service and this might happen/have happened with other people.And continue the good work (this feedback is not meant to demoralize or attack, but is genuinely meant to bring this incident to attention and to allow staff/management to see if there is any improvement that can be made or issue that can be sorted or addressed)

I've tried to collect a prescription from here over 2 days. The queues were always a problem but now it's just horrendous. This site needs more customer facing counter colleagues. Always seems like there are plenty of people behind the scenes but rarely will anyone step forward to support the counter and endless queue. Total lack of leadership and ownership. This makes for an incredibly disappointing experience on EVERY occasion. It's only an issue at the Pharmacy, the rest of the store is very well managed.

Tia who works at the bretton branch was extremely helpful. Her customer service the whole way through was outstanding.Nothing was too much despite how long we took.She is a real credit to your team and we will look forward to having her assistance next time we come in.Hopefully her hard work dont go unnoticed.

Always a long queue for prescriptions at any time of day - usually at least 20 minutes to get to the desk and then they often don't have it ready (no matter how long it's been since the prescription was put through) so another wait for them to put it together

Always a long queue when collecting a prescription here. 12 people before me and my prescription wasn't ready when it was my turn. A lovely lady called Ann said she'd see to it straight away for me and she did so I didn't have to wait too much longer.

Really unhelpful pharmacy, don’t seem to have anything in stock and if they do it will be in different packaging and claim they can’t give it to you unless it is specified on the prescription.. sent here from A&E P’boro city hospital in excruciating pain. Hospital said why can’t the pharmacy just call them to speak to them and sort new prescription out and I said I don’t know I suggested they could call but the unhelpful lady in the pharmacy told me I have to call myself and go back to the hospital or find a different pharmacy. Like thats easy to do when half your head feels like it’s being crushed by a vice and burning. Do not use this pharmacy. Go somewhere else. Its a lazy joke.

Due to closure of pharmacy at the Bretton Medical centre, Boots is now overrun with customers. The staff there are doing the best they can in very trying circumstances. I had to queue up for around 30 minutes to get a prescription.

I had ran out of insulin and my GP hadn’t got back to me about a new prescription. So I used the 111 service which directed to me Boots Pharmacy and I rang them in a panic as I didn’t know if I would get my dose that night. Lovely lady I spoke to, explained that yes they can sort my insulin out and when I arrived the pharmacist showed me how to use the new pen. Can’t thank them enough, they are life savers.

Pharmacy staff are friendly but getting a prescription should not take the best part of an hour. It is always like this. If you value your time, choose a different pharmacy. They’re well manned at the back of the store but for some reason, seemingly keep the queue long on purpose.
