I regularly drop packages here as part of the hermes service and normally make sure to buy a few items whilst I’m there. Today i went to drop 2 items and the person who served me couldn’t scan the items - I pointed out that they could be manually entered he told me that wasn’t working and there was a queue behind me! He was rude and unhelpful - if he said “do you mind if I just serve these other customers then I will try and sort this out” then that would Have been fine but he was annoyed at me because there was a queue! Not sure how this was my fault?? I had to go to a separate store and surprise surprise the lady at the nearby three bridges convenience store was able to scan my items and was all sorted in under a minute! Really disappointed I’m very unwell at the moment this was the first time I have left my house in weeks and to be treated with such contempt was not nice. Why offer this service if the staff are just or irrrated by it?

I came to fill up fuel and the owner of the store was very kind to me , we had a nice conversation. Big range of options, food drinks , American sweets even they have a Hermes Drop off. Recommended

Horrible service! I had to give back a parcel (please follow steps on picture) that instruction were do not bring a pack or print label on email. When arrived there I was asked to do it. Even thou I was following instructions. I had no package finally, the member staff that denied me to accept label and item as per instructions from Hermes dropp off. So we are requested no to prepare and then have to do all here. I am so busy and I manage my time accordingly and i thought just peint label put there and dropp off to memeber staff they will do the rest.However they don't next time i think I would have to be a staff member and a customer. One day we are paid yo buy and have to do everyting..... and accounts of its own business.Absololutely Ridiculous!

Due to there app not releasing a pump I used it normally and paid in store and left. About 5 minuted later £92 paid for the next vechile via app after being assured as the pump didn't realise nothing could go through by staff. A month later and they still can't be bothered to reply to customer services so I can get a refund. Absolutly disgraceful

I’ve been here many times and I find the staff incredibly rude and unhelpful. Normally in that sort of situation I wouldn’t come back but this petrol station is almost over the road for me and is convenient. When I confronted one of the staff members, I was told his attitude was because he had worked such long hours that day, which is no excuse I work 12 Hr days and don’t talk to people like that. Hopefully this feedback finds the right people to do something about it.

I have been using this petrol station for many years female member of staff so rude no customer service skills just like to argue with her customers really disappointed wont use it again she is very rude needs to be spoken to by her manager if they care about their business shocking.

Huge well done to the staff at the garage during fuel shortage. Only queued 15 mins and very well organised. Had a great member of the team at entrance directing you to specific pump number. No panic, no stress. Thanks to all involved.

I was there last Saturday 28/11/2023 around 8ish just to buy one red bull can. There was a lady in the till, she was very rude. She was doing some paper work. I went to the till and said excuse me, she said that “wait until I finish my work”. No sorry or nothing. So I had to left the place without buying anything.

The fabulous staff was navigating each car to get quickly to the fuel pump in this fuel shortage time, which made the queue move very quickly. And of course the lovely staff are always well inviting with a smile, very kind and always eager to help. More important for me is the shop inside is always clean and tidy.

Only ever used this petrol station and usually enjoy my visits because the staff are so lovely, they always tell me to have a good day etc and I leave happy. However, there is one member of staff who is so unbelievably rude he ruins my day! He’s a small short guy who’s never been anything but rude, when I see him there I hope I don’t have him serve me. TodayI was unlucky enough to get him and he rushed to my payment before I had a chance to give him my loyalty card and when I did he tutted, rolled his eyes and muttered something under his breath! This is unacceptable behaviour, and I left feeling angry and upset! He needs to sort his customer skills out before he costs the whole company to lose customers.
