Carillon Audio Computers

I'm on my 4th PC from these guys in well over 15 years of being a customer. The most recent one has been on 8+ hours pretty much every day and only just had an issue after 5 years, the repair was done quickly, it arrived back and worked out of the box. Can't fault the value for money and service, they're real people not some large organisation who you can only email and cross your fingers. Recommended.

An absolutely excellent company. This is the second studio PC I've bought from them and both have been faultless. They specialise in audio PCs and have a lot of experience and expert knowledge. Ordinarily, this much would be a 4-star review from me. The reason I've given it five stars is for the help and aftersales support they offered. They were happy to pre-install all the required drivers for my hardware and the version of the DAW I was planning to use. All I had to do was update the license. Finally, I experienced a connectivity issue with my audio interface. Although I managed to finally fix it myself, they offered a dial-in session to try and help. I thought this was above and beyond and much appreciated. Like the previous reviewer, I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very professional and helpful company that make replacing a pro studio computer very easy This is the second machine I have had from Carillon. Previous machine works still fine after 10 years of heavy use but now motherboard outdated for the latest software updates. The tech service is what you need, instant and accurate. I would not consider buying a pro media machine from anyone else.

Outstanding quality. Essential for anyone working with audio. Costomer service is top notch. Its like there is someone one the end of the phone or live chat waiting for me to contact. Always reply within less than 30 seconds. Even after purchase. Wont get that anywhere else.

I can't recommend Carillon Audio Computers highly enough! My existing music production PC was struggling to cope with today's (November 2021) demands, in primarily creating midi mock-up style productions triggering a large number of VSTs. I was a little wary of buying a new system over the internet, but with Carillon I needn't have worried. Simon guided me through the whole process, from my initial enquiry to the delivery of my new PC. He understood my music production needs and made sure I got a machine that matched my requirements exactly. What really impressed me was that there was no hard sell. He researched some of my existing equipment to ensure it would work efficiently with the new system, rather than trying to include peripheral devices to replace items that didn't need to be replaced. Even now, post-sale and delivery, his technical support and advice has been on-going and first class. If the need arises, I shall definitely return to Carillon for PC-based music production equipment. Thank you!

I have had 2 systems from this company and each have been SOLID as a rock and performed brilliantly with the pre-installed and configured software that I requested. Each machine went through vaious upgrades over the years as technology changed around us all and Simon (the company founder) was promptly there to support me with any queries. The company appears to have VAST experience and is desperately needed in this niche marketplace. If you ever needed a better review and/or recomendanation you won't find it. Ordered a machine last month, and wasn't disappointed! Sublime build quality, top-of-the-line components.. couldn't be happier. Well worth your money, would recommend to anybody wanting a quality music production suite. First rate!

Carillon has built 2 powerful computers for my production studio. Both computers are based on 2 CPU Xeons for 48 cores. The machines have been very reliable and I have produced more than 70 episodes of sunday night television shows with these computers, included Emmy Nominated The Paradise" and "Call The Midwife". I recommend to have your music computer built from Carillon Computers."

I was changing my whole recording studio . First I needed a super fast computer that can handle my film work and classical work, I met Simon who sent me a fantastic computer really robust and can handle anything music wise then Simon helped me with keyboards , mixing desks and all the gear I needed. Not only do I have an amazing set up, reliable and I have just scored a movie and the gear was so good I managed without a hitch , also I cannot say too much about Carillons support, they come into my computer and fix everything fast!! and so helpful.
