The Rockcliffe Lounge

Not a comfortable experience at all…. Lager was warm very limited spirits … food was nice but was constantly watched what you were getting … spoke to a few people on the plane who felt exactly the same … suppose to be a 3 hour slot & was only in there 1& half hours so no way we’re we taking advantage…started clearing away an hour b4 we were due to fly so people were sat with empty glasses till I dared to go for my 3rd drink taking into account the 1st one was too warm to drink !!

Under staffed 1 poor girl running between the check in desk and bar ...waiting to be served drinks too long ...limited food selection ... waste of money your better off just going to 1 of the airport bars.....

Emma was fantastic! So attentive and friendly made the whole experience really good. Food was amazing, fresh and hot and drinks were served on tap the whole time we were there!
