Impressive store with limited varieties in some areas but for me and my experience- was ample. Negatives were hand sanitiser ran out in dispenser and not refilled or checked and limited kitchen attire.Positive sides are the recycling initiatives.

Poor. Almost no produce, aisles cluttered and nearby staff would rather watch someone struggle than sort out their mess. Wheelchair trollies blocked off (again) and turned the wrong way round to make access difficult (again).

Only giving 4 stars because of Gemma at the café! Went yesterday with my kids for a quick bite, waited well over 35 mins for a small chips, people who came after me were served within 5-10 mins - including chips!! Anyways disappointed by the kitchen staff but Gemma was great, she kept apologising for the delay, friendly and even gave a muffin on the house due to the wait. Customer service Gemma was fabulous. We need more people like this.

Just left Tesco with a big smile on my face. What a lovely experience. The staff were superb - my daughter was greeted with a big smile by the bearded staff member overlooking Santa’s grotto. Balderstone Band were playing inside - they were talkative and friendly. Lots of space with things well presented and stocked. Glad I travelled from blackburn to the accrington Tesco!

I am using this store for many years. For the last six months and I noticed at the till that the club card price for the product it is different than on the shelf. It is happening quite often and it is really annoying. Staff has apologised and refunded me money for the product but never matched the shelf price. Very disappointed.

Bit disappointed today, went for breakfast before a day out by train. Noticed a dramatic change in both, the price and the breakfast itself. 2 weeks ago we had a breakfast, and had the choice of either fried bread or toast. Today this was an addition item, as was both black pudding and tomato. The price was also £1.20 dearer for two, looks like we will be going to Asda in future. With their breakfast you get toast and a drink, not impressed at all today.

A great looking supermarket with under cover parking, a cafe, pharmacy, phone shop, optician also clothes and household goods.Unfortunately at the time we visited there was a problem with the freezer cabinets.I'm sure that has been resolved by now and the store is fully stocked.Will visit again soon.

Some very rude staff on customer services , particularly one , who seems to be influencing the others , like children in a school playground ! Security didn't deal with drug addicts injecting themselves in the disabled toilets . Head office have told me to log all these issues .
