Seems odd we're told we can't have China cups because they're short staffed, but I can see three staff working and another sat having a coffee with a China cup while working on his laptop. Bad for the environment I'd say. My son tells me all the Costas in the Bognor area are doing this at the moment!

Since the refit the atmosphere is such a great welcoming environment to work in every week as well as catch up with friends. Amy has worked so hard every week to give her all to every customer and create a sense of community in store even during big layout changes and staff shortages! I think the bathrooms need updating next and maybe a touch warmer on the air con but that’s really just my preference also having the m&s food options for kids would be a great addition.

Queued up to pay for food and order hot drinks. Staff said we couldn't use costa money off food voucher as they were 'off line until friday'. This would also mean I was unable to use my drink reward voucher / app but the man in front of me was able to scan his app... get the feeling they just didn't want our custom if it involved using a discount!! Won't be returning

Fairly standard Costa shop, I got takeaway coffee so just had to wait in the way until it was ready, I really think they should have a designated area for waiting.

Awful service. They did not call my familys drinks so we could not see them due to the people infront of us, meaning they went runny. My mango bubble frappe was over a 10 minute wait. When I asked if it was being made, the maestro" with medium length hair and a beard acted rude
