Took my Nissan Note in to have a firmware update to the Connect 3 infotainment unit. Paul Barry, who dealt with this, was very professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Awful customer service from start to finish. Vehicle went in for an MOT, had a call to tell me my vehicle was ready to be collected. When I arrived they denied the call had been made and my vehicle wasn't ready and had only been washed after having the car for 5 hours already. The guy behind the service desk was rude and argumentative and basically called me a liar regarding the call. Ridiculous place! Some staff are great and very helpful, some clearly don't want to be there and don't care about their customers!

Today 5th has been ridiculous, booked in for electrical fault warning lights came on battery critical leave your engine running to charge???? Been in wilson & co parking for 7 months waiting for parts previously, got it back December last Yr, now I'm being plaged with warning lights and having to waste petrol just to charge it,Gets to Nissan for 2 day electric check, because a customer didn't deliver a curtesy car back this morning they decided to tell me I'm not driving my car enough to keep battery charged and argued the toss, so in other words they're not doing anything.They waited till I had got up and drove to the dealership and then told me! Lazy bone, idle men that can't use a phone to save a dissable person coming out at 9am in bad weather to tell me they weren't doing anything. It beggers belief!!!! So iff I get stranded somewhere with a car that won't start because batteries dead, they'll know about it..iff it's not dead after 7 months in parking then why should it be going that low after one night on drive????????? My car is handed back next march and that's me done with Renault I'm going elsewhere for my next car...I've never heard of a battery in a 2 Yr old vehicle loosing charge that the warnings come on. I don't have it to sit on my drive!!

Nissan service employees unable to deal with Simple matter related to booking an recall appoitment. Canceled appoitment for recall. Letter from Nissan about recall explain 1 hour need to do this software update. Nissan in Bolton need half a day in Mon-Fri time frame only. Shocking service

Trying to get a question answered about a software update on my engine with Nissan is like trying to get blood out of a stone. I've just had a painful circular conversation where the basic answer is 'computer says no' unless of course you spend £180 on a 2 day diagnostic test. All I wanted to know is whether my car has received the software update in 2017...and for that it will cost £180! Daylight robbery.

Visited recently during a car search while we considered Dacia. Although we didn't end up purchasing from here I can still happily rate it five stars thanks to the excellent customer service we received.Inside you will find some dedicated parking, although it isn't very clear which spaces are customer parking and which are for show cars.The staff were polite and efficient and we never felt under pressure to buy anything which was very much appreciated.
