I couldn't be more grateful for the personal attention from Inscripture, as they went above and beyond to produce some immeasurably important jewellery for our family in the lead up to Christmas. I simply cannot thank the team enough for producing our beautiful personalised keepsakes; we lost our beloved father the night before Christmas Eve and were able to share these priceless pieces together on Christmas Day. The effort and kindness that went into having this order completed will never be forgotten.

Inscripture have been amazing!I got a bracelet with my late granny's writing on it and the quality is amazing and was so quick to receive it!I had a small issue with a ball coming off the end of the bracelet but I sent an email and got a response so quickly to ask to send it back and they would repair or replace it. I then received the bracelet back about a week later!Amazing customer service as it was no hassel at all, fast replies too.Such good quality too as I was apprehensive about getting an engraved piece as I was worried it wouldn't come out well, I then found inscripture and they have been brilliant and the engraving is perfect. Thank you so much! ❤️

My mum passed away in the summer of this year, a few weeks later it was my son's birthday, he was very aware, amidst the celebrations there would be no card from gran. Then I found one from the previous year....then I found this company. I can't begin to convey the feeling upon seeing mum's handwriting, so beautifully presented. Bless you and Merry Christmas

I recently lost my lovely dad and saw this site. My sister and I have both had bracelets and they are stunning. We have dads writing on the front and his signature on the back and the level of detail is amazing. Thank you so much, it makes me feel close to my lovely dad.

Would never order from here again. When I first received my order I loved it, after wearing a handful of times the bracelet broke. Upon contacting was told to return the item and it would be repaired. When I received the bracelet back I put in on shook my wrist to look at the bracelet and it broke in the exact same place. After contacting the company again i was advised to then put extra money towards something of higher value to prevent it happening again. After paying £87 for a new bracelet and scared to wear it incase It was to break and loose it. It happened a 3rd time. AGAIN I contacted the company and was told to return the bracelet and I would receive a refund within 5- 10 days. The tracking information shows that the item was delivered to the return address on the 17th November and still have no refund. I have contacted them on four separate occasions and have been told they will check the status of the return but have not had an reply back. So over 5 weeks later I still haven’t got a refund

I purchased a silver bracelet with a heart pendant on it. Upon the heart I asked for on your wedding day" and the other side has had my best friend and sister in laws dads handwriting on it. I also requested any blue birthstone on it as I wanted her dad to be with her as part of her something blue when she gets married next year.I gave her the bracelet today after a speedy delivery and turn around since ordering. She was very emotional and was so touched. It is thanks to this company for such a valuable way to remember our loved ones who have passed on.The only downside is that you can see what progress is being made on your order and when order is confirmed it doesn't confirm the added notes if you have left any notes when ordering."
