Excellent value and produce.The strawberries have actual flavour and are very cheap, £2 for a roughly 400/500 gram punnet.So much better than the supermarkets, even with travel costs.

Blacketyside Farm Shop
Saw this driving en route to St Andrews and decided to pop in. Very lovely little shop with lots of fruit, objects and food for sale. Also dined at the adjoining cafe and the service was excellent. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We felt warm and welcomed as minority tourists visiting. We left Blacketyside happy and full.

This is my first visit here and I really enjoyed it. As well as a lovely meal I loved the fresh organic, fruit & vegetables in the farm shop. Prices were good too.

Blacketyside Farm Shop
A lovely place for a number of activities there is a farm shop which seemed reasonable priced and serves fresh fruit and veg, has a butchers and all other kinds of treats.A cafe is next which serves a selection of hot and cold good. There is a good selection of kids food and drinks too. Ice cream is available with a variety of flavours and tasted great whilst being cheap enough. Seating is currently outside.There is a sizable kids play park outside which has picnic tables to bring any food from the cafe over.The strawberry picking is great value and great quality. Be aware you do need to book in advance for this.Parking is fairly easy especially with the overflow section being open and toilets are available inside.

Blacketyside Farm Shop
This place looks beautiful but I would definitely give the cafe a miss. The food is cold, dry and overcooked as well as the staff are cold, careless and slow. We arrived when it was relatively quiet but our food still took ages to come. It also arrived in stages so by the time the last plate arrived, the first person had already finished eating. We had also ordered desserts but we had to ask three times before I ended up having to go and get them from the counter myself. The staff don't acknowledge the issue or even apologise for the wait/mistakes and instead huddled by the cake counter and talked about us and another table that had received poor service. Can't tell you if anything else was good as we left as soon as we could due to the poor service.

The aisles in the farm shop are quite narrow, so getting around people is difficult. There is a good range of products available and a Café on-site, which is child - and dog friendly.When we visited, it was quite busy, but the food and drinks were served very quickly.

Blacketyside Farm Shop
Very nice local farm shop. Lovely strawberry picked up the morning. Vegetable, meat, eggs, dairy and ready meal, flowers and plant, you can enjoy local foods. The cafe also nice and very comfortable place.

Fantastic range of local produce, great selection of products from The Buffalo Farm, lots of homemade meals, and very friendly staff. Cafe is amazing, too!

Blacketyside Farm Shop
Had some breakfast rolls there, pretty tasty and the soup was lovely. Wasn’t fussed on the coffee, very coffee machine taste to it.The shop was great, some tourist stuff along with butcher meat from the buffalo farm.The place is worth a pop into if you are passing but don’t go out of your way.
