We currently live in New Zealand and wanted to buy a ring from my partners UK home town, so we looked online and found the perfect ring at Zelly's Jewellers, as you can imagine we where a little bit hesitant and worried about transporting ring to the other-side of the world and we understood there would be some risks.Alistair provided great comfort by assuring us that if the ring was lost in transport or if we weren't happy with quality of the ring Alistair offered to provide a full refund, he even resized the ring for us.After a few conversations over the phone we felt great trust in Alistair and decided to purchase the ring and freight it over to New Zealand. He sorted everything his end and even packed in his own tracking device to keep an eye on the location.Alistair would update me via text message every 3 days or when it moved to another location.The ring arrived after 3 weeks and was absolutely immaculate.We felt the service was amazing and that he offered a great price for the size and quality of the ring.When we are back in the Uk we will be sure to thank him in person.5 star service!

Having had a less than positive experience with another jeweller Zelleys was recommended to me.I went to Zelleys on Friday and was initially greeted by a lovely lady who's name I didn't get. She dealt with my query in the most compassionate and professional manner.She then suggested asking her colleague Alistair to provide me with his opinion on the matter, his approach and customer service was also first class.I cannot fault the great service I received from the staff in this shop.I was there to ask their opinion on a piece of jewellery which was sentimental to me and the advice provided was invaluable.I felt like a valued customer and even though on this occasion I was not purchasing anything I will ensure that I approach Zelleys first in the future. Every time I have visited Zelley's I have always had impeccable service, the staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and kind.My engagement ring and our wedding rings were all purchased here and we were very happy with the customer service.Recently I bent my wedding ring, so popped in to get it put back in its shape, it was sorted out quickly and efficiently, the lady we spoke to was helpful and kind.Zelleys also stock some really interesting pieces, I know we will be shopping here in the future when we want a lovely piece of jewellery!

Some really great people working here.
