Holland & Barrett - Worcester

Gemma was really knowledgeable and lovely! My partner, my mother in law and myself asked lots of questions and she had an answer to all of them! We will surely try all she has given us !

The ladies who serve me often are nice enough, but the male manager needs to come down off his high horse. I found him unknowledeable and worse still, very patronising.

Very nice shop, a large variety of unique products! However, it's on the expensive side

Needs a massive refit. Looks old, dirty and not well stocked at all. From a retail point a view is a bad shop. As a customer i won't go back to this one.Young lady at the till was amazing but guy in charge not that good...

It's okay describes this specific Holland and Barrett well. Went in to have a look for something specific and was approached by a gent asking if I needed any help which was polite however he had no badge or lanyard to say he worked there and look quite scruffy. He was then quite condescending after I had said I was after a low sugar meal replacement shake and I felt quite patronised so as soon as he turned round I left ASAP. I think I would have preferred if he wasn't trying to tell me when I should or shouldn't be eating. I just wanted to know where it was.

Nice range of nutrition and home remedies with lots of special offers, worth a visit

Visited today and felt a bit uncomfortable because the gentleman followed me at different points in the store. To such an extent, I started moving randomly and looking at products I didn't care for to see if he was following me or if it was coincidence. Either he thought I was a shoplifter or he was a bit too keen to be helpful. He had asked me if I needed help twice, as did the lady - which was fine and pleasant but he kept staring at me across the aisle or stood near me watching me. I have a very strict diet so I had to read the back of products and look at the ingredients. I'm not sure if this made them suspicious but I wasn't comfortable. I bought a few things and left without what I went in for.

Staff are lovely, very friendly and always there to help but not in an overbearing way at all
