Absolutely unprofessional, would not recommend to use their services.They have taken 4 years to deal with one case, had a court date booked. Last minute informed cannot represent me because I have provided them with incorrect information, was informed to represent myself which I agreed too as I have nothing to hide.They had full access to all my details could’ve looked through it and inform me sooner rather than 4 years down the line when I am not going to remember accurately. Nothing was intentional on my behalf, every time they contacted me I followed the advice they gave me. Each time there is a new person dealing with the case who is lost and has no clue. Trying to charge me for no reason, contacting me when it suits them and harassing me to get the response when they want it. However when i contact them they pass me around and don't deal with my query. They have caused me stress and anxiety, and failure to follow through and deal with my case in a timely manner.4 years on the case is still not resolved, failing to support me instead blaming me for it. They are solicitors for a reason and this is their day to day job. If they are struggling to do their job they could've informed me from the the start rather than wasting all these years.

Sorry There was no option for ZERO Star, I had to give them one star . I wish i had seen their reviews before i went to them, its the worst place anyone ever wanted to be, i suggest everyone look at the reviews first before giving them your claim, my wife had accident 2 years and 8 months ago (Jan 2020) . and I heard about them and passed them her case. I am still paying my installment for brand new car that we bought in Dec 2019 ( so far lost over £30000 on paying installments for a car that we never used ) . I have to chase them daily to get update if you don’t they won’t contact, THRY HAVE NO CLUE , NO PLAN, NO STRATEGY, NO TIME SCALE. they dragging your case so long that you get fed up and agree with their bad Choice. Honestly avoid this company.

Awful customer service. I am constantly having to chase up what is happening with my claim and every time I do, various people are dealing with the claim at different stages are either off work or have left the company. I am told I will get a call back on many occasions and no one calls back. Avoid at all costs as the level of professionalism is non existent.
