Great variety. Product are always good quality or a good price. Despite that the Isles are quite small, and would be impossible to navigate if you used a wheelchair.

I enjoyed my visit because I didn't take children with me! So much to browse...It's a bit of a treasure trove with discount books, stationery, arts supplies, toys and other bits and bobs. Narrow aisles that would be hard to negotiate in a wheelchair so only four stars. Staff friendly and helpful.

Barely accessible as its horrifically overcrowded. You cant reach stock if youre under 6 foot, going in with a mobility scooter is almost impossible too. I love the Works but this store is really tough to get around.

The works is great for books, art supplies and stocking stuffers. All sold at reasonable prices. Sales prices are often on making for greater discounts. I often see things I didn't know that I needed there.

I'm confused about the pricing of the Acrylic paints, .... £2.00 for 200ml or £10.00 for 500ml, same colours, granted they are different brands and different containers, so, i can pay £10.00 for 5 tubes of paint of various colours, amounting to 1000ml, or i can pay £10.00 for 1 container with one colour amounting to 500ml.Come on , it isn't rocket science that the 500ml should only cost £5.00.
