Over the past year I have had my hair cut, coloured and had waxing here. Always really happy with the service and all the different lovely ladies I have seen. Bethan always understands exactly what I want - never known a hairdresser as good as she is, 100% recommend this place!

Needed to wax my eyebrows, went there on a whim without an appointment, and the lovely front desk lady managed to squeeze me in since it's a short procedure. I felt pleased about that.Lovely waiting area, reasonable prices and great ambience, very soothing indeed. Although I wasn't 100% pleased with the outcome (my eyebrows weren't as defined as I liked), the beautician was really very nice and patient with me and went the extra mile.I did definitely go back, and I think they are worth a trial!

Leanne is lovely and done a fantastic LVL and tint. Some places are cheaper but It’s worth all the money. You get 2 head massages as well as a created soothing atmosphere and warmed up bed! Will be going again for sure

Cannot express enough how happy I am to have finally found a hairdressers that listens to their clients! I feel amazing after every visit.All the stylists are so talented and attentive - and there's usually a deal going on so it's great value for money (I use the 20% student discount).Special shout out to Vicky for being my fairy godmother and making me feel like a million dollars ❤️

Non gel. Didn’t dry the nails. Immediately left. Nails have bubbles under the polish. Do not recommend

Lovely salon with friendly and professional service

I had a fantastic massage with Ellie. The best one I have had before, very relaxing and professional too. Will be going back!

Really disappointed in this salon, I've now had a few incidents that are just not very professional.The first incident, I explained to the hairdresser that I wanted a full head of foils over the phone and described my hair type etc. In discussion with her, I was booked into an appointment but when I showed up to my appointment she said she didn't have the time and could do a half head instead, when I said no, I would rebook another time, she suddenly said she did have the time after all, turned out from our conversation that she was planning to go out that night so probably just decided that she'd rather just do the half head.The second incident, I booked using their online system which I have done previously with no trouble and recieved a confirmation email to confirm my booking. When the day of my appointment came round they said their online system was broken so lots of people had turned up with similar problems and that you had never been able to book hair appointments online (which is not true as I have used it previously). I was told the next appointment would be in 2 months time. It was around covid lockdown restrictions being lifted so I understand that they are busy but as I had been booked in (and confirmed) and it was due to an error in their system, I would have thought they would do their best to fit in the people who were affected by the error on their part within a reasonable time frame. The management have not apologised for this error either.

Visited the Cottage today for my first pedicure in years! Leanne, the beauty consultant immediately made me feel at ease, she treated me with respect, dignity & was very friendly. I dislike my feet but she was complimentary & I now feel confident & comfortable to return for another pedicure!
