Excellent service. Graham did a swift and thorough job sorting out my washing machine. He was very professional and didn't make much of a mess. In addition, he was also kind enough to help me deal with a massive pest that crept up from nowhere. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend. I contacted this business via the website and sent a photo of the issue. I got a simple, clear instruction of how to fix my dishwasher myself. No charge! How many trades would have come out and charged a fortune, rather than helping like this?! Incredibly impressive—I will definitely use in the future and will trust that I am getting an honest service.

I don't usually leave reviews but wanted to share how brilliant Graham was. He arrived within half an hour of my call (on his way home) to repair my broken oven. He couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Graham to anyone that needs appliance repairs. Amazing service.

What a lovely man Graham is! So responsive, helpful and efficient, he really went the extra mile and saved Christmas from being a pot noodle instead of a hot pot! Definitely a keeper, so glad I found him!

Graham was able to come out the next day and arrived on time. He seemed to be pretty sure he knew what was wrong with my Beko dishwasher and removed and replaced the offending £6 part.He then knocked money off my bill as I had prepared the integrated machine to save him time.Reasonable price (a lot cheaper than Domestic & General) and job done.All working again, and a pleasant chap to deal with.Will use him again if I need any appliances fixing.RECOMMENDED

This very kind man has just stopped on the side of a busy slip road to help me while I was stuck there with a flat tyre. Changed my tyre for me and saved me from waiting 2 hours for the breakdown company.Lovely man and I’m very grateful!I know it’s not a review on the business however it is a reflection of the good service I expect you’d receive!

Graham is one of a rare breed of engineers. He is knowledgeable about his trade is conscientious, courteous and tidy. He guided us through the the maze when selecting a replacement oven and turned up on time to fit it and remove the old one. Thanks Mark I would have given you six stars if I could.
