Turned up Ipswich tyres needing a slow puncture sorted,could see they were extremely busy so was more than happy to book a slot and come back but Dave behind the counter who runs the place got on to it straightaway.while waiting asked if I could book in to have my wheel alignment looked at and to my surprise one of his staff managed to squeeze that in aswell.will be going back with any other issue that occurs on my motor.great boss ,great staff and very honest which is hard to find these days.

If I could leave 10 stars I would. Excellent service, well done !!!I had driven from Reading the night before for an overnight stop ahead of an event in Ipswich an arrived with some very strange noises from the front wheels.I took the car in early the following day and the guy in the office said he would look and try to resolve it before my drive home the same evening.On arrival later in the day, he said that the under tray had become loose and they had to attached it. As it was only a two minute job, they refused to charge.Top marks for excellent customer service!
