Lousie has become a very good friend from my first visit for reflexology. Her personality lifts my spirits (suffer from longstanding depression) and all her treatments i have felt long lasting benefits. I also suffer from migraine and following introduction to facial reflexology they have reduced in frequency drastically. I am also a case study for zone facial and my skin looks amazing. The treatment is luxurious and relaxing (if only I didn't keep disturbing myself by snoring). It's my time away from a hectic mad stressful world and it is truly uplifting both mentally and physically.This is me at nearly 57 with the younger sister..... I am in glasses and yes i am overweight but lou has rebuilt some post menopause confidence with her treatments. Try for yourself!!!!

I suffer with severe anxiety and normally avoid treatment salons but I needed some help. I started with the reflexology facial and made Louise aware from the off how bad my anxiety was. It was a fantastic experience! She explained everything that she was going to do, she made me comfortable and happy. I had been suffering from a bad back for many years and it was gone the next morning.Im 3 weeks in and my mood has improved.I highly recommend any treatments given by Louise, especially for those who have anxiety ❤️

I began seeing Louise as she was recommended to me for her fertility reflexology while I was going through IVF treatment. Anyone going through or who has been through IVF will know how tough the process can be both mentally and physically. I really believe that my appointments with Louise allowed me to remain positive mentally as well as relaxed and rested physically. She was so attentive to my varying needs and incredibly knowledgeable in her approach to treating me throughout the different stages of the treatment which continued over a period of years. Since finding out I was pregnant , I went to Louise many times. Having had such a tough journey getting pregnant made me all the more anxious about maintaining the pregnancy, remaining positive and coping with any morning sickness and any other symptoms. From my first pregnancy reflexology session, I felt noticeably more positive and relaxed. Small ailments such as aches and pains, tension headaches, all eased tremendously and pretty much immediately! Louise was, again, so attentive to individual needs and tailored treatment to work on my own issues and this bespoke approach made me feel even more supported. Any back ache and pregnancy pains were made easily bearable thanks to reflexology. I will continue to see Louise as often as possible and truly believe her treatments helped me maintain a healthy, relaxed pregnancy. I cannot recommend this lady more highly.

I visited reflex & rebalance regularly throughout my pregnancy. I’d never had reflexology prior to this, but from the moment you enter Louise’s cosy clinic room, you know that you are in good hands. Louise is so friendly and knowledgeable that you are instantly put at ease. She talks you through your treatment and will pay special attention to any problem areas that you may have. Louise has really helped me over the last few years through my treatment for breast cancer. I have been having lymph drainage reflexology which is so relaxing helps relief stress aswell as improve discomfort in my arm caused by surgery and treatment.

So glad I found Reflex and Rebalance. I have been to many reflexologists in the past but, Louise is certainly on another level, (Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist) to be exact! so very professional and knowledgeable, she put's you at ease, she is a beautiful person inside and out. I could not live without my sessions now! I feel so much healthier and so relaxed after my treatment . Not only that, I feel I have a friend for life! who I not only laugh with, but can discuss anything on any subject and get a direct honest opinion.

I’ve been seeing Louise for a good few years now and each visit I say is the best again and again.I go in feeling urgh and come out feeling on top of the world, reenergised relaxed and totally aligned. I have been having reflexology with Louise after dealing with SPD during pregnancy..... I can only say the amount of relief I have had, has been amazing!!! A truly relaxing experience for any mummy to be. Would 100% recommend :)
