The receptionist staff at this facility are often impolite and in need of training on how to communicate with patients. It can be difficult to even get through to them, and when you do, there are often no available appointments. While the partners of the surgery are great doctors, others seem unhelpful. One doctor" seemed as though they were googling my symptoms and had to have multiple appointments before addressing any health concerns."

The physicians here are uniformly excellent. The nurses and other patient-facing staff are good. The receptionists are improving. Booking/making appointments, however, is rarely easy, especially if one wants to see a particular physician.

Got an appointment quickly and was straight in to see the GP without waiting. A prescription was sent to my local pharmacy which was ready for me when I arrived. First class service all round! Both the GP and pharmacist were friendly and helpful too.

Although the GPs and clinical staff do exceptional work, their efforts are unfortunately overshadowed by the inadequate management of the practice. In recent times there has been a noticeable decline in the level of care exhibited by some of the other members of staff.

Myself and my wife have had the care and support you would expect from any medical practice. Excellent staff, including the front desk, who are always very helpful and friendly. Can't fault the service over the 11 years we have been patients.

I used the Online and Consult facility found on Northfields website. Very impressed, worked perfectly and I was contacted by the surgery promtly with a swift appointment the following day.

The care and compassion I have had from Dr Junaid has been wonderful . With her help and support I have come through a bad time over the last 6 months. I feel I have found a Doctor at Northfield who has not only been understanding but also has explained so much to me about my condition that I can cope with it and help myself as well. I have no complaints about any of the doctors there but feel Dr Junaid has got everything right regarding care, understanding and time to listen. I have also found the receptionists very nice and friendly.

I can never get an appointment, I have been trying for 3 months to get a this appointment with a certain doctor I need to see asap … every time I ask I get told the same thing … please call back on Wednesday , so of course I do that! To then keep getting the same answer! It’s becoming a joke!I got told at my last appointment by the doctorI am needing to see “ please come back in 2 weeks time, don’t be scared to ring” it’s now been 3-4 months and still unable to be seen.

Receptionist staff are always rude, seriously need some simple training on how to speak to people or lessons on manners. Takes forever to even get through, to then finally get through and there is no appointments left. Doctors are OK, some nicer and more concerned than others. I remember one doctor printing off a page from Google and handing it to me so I think that might say it all really. You'll find that your having to see 4 different Doctors to finally get one that helps your problem.
