Great fast and friendly service. First time I came in was after hours and I needed a bit of oil on my chain and the guys took care of it straight away. Second time came in late for work with a puncture and 5 minutes later I was back out the door. Thanks for the service for a not easy customer.

Excellent service all round, from me going in to enquire about an e bike, to the test drive, delivery, pick up, and then 6 week service, these guys are excellent, the young lad has always been so helpful,the after sales has been excellent also.

After being to two other local bike shop and two halfords stores near to me, Hobsons Cycles is by far the best, I've now take three different bikes in and each time they have came back perfect.I took my third bike in yesterday and within a hour it was sorted, the owner is really helpful, I've bought a lot of wrong stuff off eBay for my bike and each time he has explained where I'm going wrong and always gave me the right advice.I can't speak for the other reviews on here, but if my review is corny then so be it, I am no relation to any member of staff past or present, I've just a normal person who what's the job done right.Old review - Best bike shop by far, great staff, always helpful, taken two different bikes on numerous occasions and always come back perfect.

I have a brand new bike and I just needed a fit gear which includes adjusting the brakes and derailleurs. When I arrived the next day for the bike, it was in the same condition as when I brought it. However, I had to pay £ 20 even though no one was working on it. Anyway, I'll never go back to this place with my bike. So far the worst experience in Liverpool. I do not recommend.

Needed a wheel truing, no problems picked it up hour later. For someone who isn't a regular thought this was great of the staff to look after me !

Horrible Service, bad engagement with customers, not made to feel welcome - never going again (didn’t accept card payment)

Ordered a component for my bike which arrived with a part missing. I contacted them to let them know sending them pictures, details etc but they stopped replying to me after the first email. The part itself is just a small piece of plastic which probably costs them £1. Would have been the easiest thing in the world to just post one out to me but I guess they were just too busy.
