I went to see Kelly for laser hair removal. From the free initial consultation to the treatment itself, Kelly was friendly and highly professional. She was very thorough in understanding my personal needs and she is obviously very knowledgeable. She was very clear about the likely effect of treatment given hair and skin colour and the safest and most effective options for you personally. She was also very helpful in discussing some possible thread vein treatment for a relative of mine. In regards to the laser hair treatment itself, she made the whole process very comfortable. The clinic is immaculately clean. I have waited 10 days after the treatment to post this so that I can also comment on the outcome of the treatment. It's been highly effective!
