This place is awful, really rude staff and inexperienced, I went there to get my eyebrows done for the first time, to start with there was a huge queue and one of the staff members was just sitting down having an ice cream and texting while me and another 6 women were waiting, apart from that the lady that did my eyebrows was really rude and she ruined my eyebrows she destroyed their shape, my friend was trying to explain to them that they don’t look good and they have to fix them and the lady that was having an ice cream started shouting and telling my friend that she has no manners, this place should get closed ASAP!!!Avoid it!!!!

Been there for waxing despite telling it's painful be gentle.she didn't listen properly all saying ok I'll be careful but she carried on.i got blue marks on my sking and skin ripped in many places still very painful after 5days.i did try to reach management they didn't get back to me. So be careful when u get their services.

Ive been coming here from day one. Its a very friendly family run business that prioritise clients and their needs! Prices have never been outrageously expensive and the way procedures are conducted are flawless in my experience here. I recommend to everyone!

The staff members are so kind and polite, they answer all questions clearly and patiently. 10/10 service. I used to come in for eyebrows and now due to the vast treatments they offer I have had other works done.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!! ( piercing )I have never had such an awful experience at a salon ever. I went in to get my helix pierced, genuinely horrible staff never felt so patronised and demoted with people before, I did ask lots of questions which were abruptly answered and one which was o rudely answered with ‘of course what kind of place do you think this is’ in an tone that was just so awful. She made up pay as soon as possible as well as practically talked down to us as we rejected the after care solution to buy and we sat down. Waiting time wasn’t too long before we got to the place. I felt sooooo rushed the whole process was soo rushed and made me feel so overwhelmed. When we sat she immediately dotted my ear with a marker and asked me to look I cannot stress how rushed I felt, she dotted wayyyyy too high and I asked her to dot lower which did without even letting me get back to the seat. She didn’t tell me when she was piercing and caught me so off guard.So if u are even a slight bit scared of needles DO NOT GO HERE. She quickly put the earring in which btw had a butterfly clasp and gave me a cotton pad. As soon as it was finished I didn’t even wait for the bleeding to stop as my heart was pounding feeling so overwhelmed with what happened in the last 10 minutes. I quickly rushed out the lady doing my piercing didn’t say anything to me once she finished and simply left and I did the same as I rushed out and bound to never step foot in that God awful place again. If u made it this far thank you for reading my experience and DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT EVER EVER EVER go here. :)

Very nice ladies who did my hair and lemon bottle. Recommended me what’s best for me. I really recommend this place to anyone who wants to get treatments done.

Got my wax done today and I was a bit nervous as I’ve only had a wax 3-4 times before. However as soon as got on the table she made me feel so much more comfortable. She talked me through the benefits of the wax she uses, made sure she directed me on where to position myself so it hurts less. Overall a 10/10 experience. I loved the wax I feel so smooth and the customer service was amazing. I’ve already recommended it to other people and I only left two hours ago !!!
