Had a few issues the past two weeks with a few items that got delivered but i rang up the store and they were more than happy to replace the items. Wayne the delivery driver is friendly and does a very good job with the delivery. I'm happy with my experience.

Sells most items, good value for money,

They offer free same day delivery when you shop in store which is great.Could do with more staff on the checkouts.

The staff always busy lovely polite and nice and speak to you everything is where it should be live shopping here and shop lot online also thank you x

Lots of different choices when compared to the big supermarkets and the fresh food is notably fresher, lots of choice for frozen foods from ready meals to the base ingredients to make your own, the TGI selection is the kids favorite and the take away style meals save a lot of money, and when you get to the till they will deliver your shopping for you rather than carrying it all to the car, or bus etc.

Had a same day delivery order and it was running late (fair enough), received a phone call from the store to say the van had broken down and if I wanted a new delivery to which I said yes and asked for an early morning delivery for the next day. Unfortunately the delivery didn't turn up so we went in store to see what's going on and they said they lost my delivery and that there was no new delivery time put down to redeliver. Won't be using Iceland anymore

I Went to do a big shop today and I can't praise two members of staff enough. I had my autistic son with me and found the experience extremely stressful and got myself into such a panic as some comments were made by others shopping there. The staff though were so amazing. I was served by a lady called Susan who was so lovely and understanding and very patient and helped so much and a young lad who helped me pack unfortunately didn't catch his name. I am so grateful for their kindess I won't shop anywhere else. The staff are amazing, the deals are great, the prices are brill especially if your doing a big shop and home delivery is a life saver for those who struggle. Great place definitely recommend

Staff are friendly and helpful and items are easy to find, they also do home delivery if you ask, lovely clean shop

Good value for money and good choices to go from

I didn't get all I wanted and the prices are a bit high. The prices shocked me. A liter of Coke is £2.00, a liter, that is shocking especially now that people are struggling to make ends meet.
