I am so lucky to have this repair business on my doorstep! My son had an issue with the chain on his bike which he was keen to sort quickly as he loves being out on his bike in the summer. Denis and Corrina were able to fit him in the next day and resolve the issue. They’re so helpful and friendly and explained everything they were doing to my son. I can’t recommend the team and service highly enough. Thank you!

We had great service from Crank To Cog today. Would highly recommend them - very easy to book an appointment, get an assessment and then honest and helpful opinions as to next steps for the repair. We will definitely be asking them for help again for our mountain bikes.

Corrina and Denis were really helpful in getting some new tyres and inner tubes on my bike replaced, advising what would be best and giving several options at different price points. They went above and beyond, also cleaning the bike, adjusting the brake pads and replacing the dusk caps free of charge. Thanks a lot, definitely reccomend the service!

I would highly recommend Corrina and Denis who were really friendly and professional when it came to fixing my carbon gravel bike. They offer a fantastic bespoke service which is really personlised and just what I was looking for when it comes to all my mechanical needs. I needed somebody who had the knowledge and tools to fix my Campagnolo groupset issue, therefore, I got in contact with Crank To Cog, when they invited me in for a one to one session, Denis walked me through what was the issue, that tuned out to be a bearing issue. They then ordered the parts and within day the parts were in and the bike was fixed!!

Crank to Cog repaired our bikes after being knocked off the roof of our car. From start to finish, they were fantastic, explaining everything throughout and managing to save us money on the parts required as well. The service was friendly, quick, and of a very high standard. Great service from the Crank to Cog team. My gears had not been operating properly for several months. Took it in to Crank to Cog who performed a thorough clean up - never looked so smart since it was bought - and have now made sure that the gear change is working correctly. The bike is running smoothly. It was also identified that my tyre size was too big - something which I wouldn't have even considered - so tyres were replaced and, as recommended, new inner tubes as well. I took my bike to Crank to Cog with broken front and rear brakes days before RideLondon. Denis kept me regularly updated during the repair and showed me pictures of the work on collection. By far the best customer service and bike services I’ve had!Denis and Corrina are genuine, lovely, funny and know their stuff when it comes to bikes.Which is great because my Trek Remedy suspension mountain bike was a real challenge! It turned up an embarrassment and in pieces. A broken, neglected bike.They talked me through what was needed (everything!) and the best way to go about it.The knowledge they have around bikes is huge, and put me at ease knowing this bike was going to get fixed up, and properly.My girlfriend’s hybrid bike was also serviced to a high standard, getting her into biking too!We’d like to say a massive THANKYOU to these guys, you were awesome!We will be back….
