I have used JC Installs several times within my business and home. Johns service and attention to detail is second to none. John spends a great deal of time on planning the work offering great advise. He is professional yet personable, I would not hesitate in recommending his services.

Johnny & Colby are first class! I've known Johnny for forever, so I already knew how honest and trustworthy he is, but in terms of how he approaches the installation and fitting of my alarm system and CCTV system, it couldn't be better installed, he takes his time to work out how it can be fitted as well as possible. He knew exactly what I wanted, which was a discreet but top notch system to ensure the I have the confidence in knowing I have done everything I can to ensure a safe environment for my family. John replied to all my enquiries on time and in a polite manor (I had a lot of questions). After an initial guide price that I was happy with they did a site visit and explained everything to me and made some suggestions I hadn't thought of. All the work was booked in and they managed to get my cameras up in time for my holiday, we also decided to add extras cameras and an alarm last minute which wasn't a problem for them. Everything was always left neat and tidy and I have had continued support for questions even after the job was complete. Extremly happy with their service. Highly recomend.

We used JC Installs to install a CCTV system across our two warehouses this year. John and his team were extremely professional and helpful. The installation was seamlessly carried out, ensuring there was minimal disruption to our buildings whilst the work was carried out. John thoroughly explained the system to us and trained us, and continues to be available for service calls when required. Our internet recently failed and John came back to reset and get the system back online. Would highly recommend, and we are planning to use JC Installs to expand our system in the future.

Had John over to help me run some networking cable through my house in Croxley Green - he came up with a great plan to minimise the amount of cabling that had to be outside of the house, hid the little bit of cabling that needed to be outside behind a light, and all the interior cable is only noticeable if you look for it. The wall sockets on both sides are well installed, couldn't ask for a better or more professional job. Extremely happy with the work and with John, would hire again in a heartbeat for any service he offers.

John at JC Installs was recommended by a Golf Club to provide CCTV. He did a great job, reasonably priced and a clean and tidy worker. The system has been up and running now for over 3 years. We have a very handy app so we can see our CCTV even when we are abroad....its amazing. We had an issue this week where we needed to access the recordings but were unable to login. John very kindly dropped in and sorted it out for us without charge and helped us load the app on our new phones.Fully recommend John for your CCTV requirements.

John and Colby love what they do and made an exceptional upgrade to my CCTV / Alarm. My previous CCTV Install had all the cables exposed / the seal on a camera had come off and corroded the connection so all of it had to be stripped out and replaced as a fresh install.All cabling is now hidden and all cameras have been properly installed - John makes sure he can hide all the cables in the best possible way (His skills on getting the angles of the holes correct when drilling are brilliant!) and I am extremely pleased with the Install. Hire these guys and you will not be disappointed - they really are the best!

I was recommended Johnny by my electrician to install an alarm system. During his initially assessment he took his time to understand my needs and what is required for my property to be secure at a competitive price.I added additional work on top of the alarm installation, 2x TVs mounted, outdoor lighting and WiFi access points, which Johnny happy supported to complete as well as go out his way to purchase some of the equipment.What I most liked about Johnny is his friendly manor, efficiency in his work, and most importantly reliability to ensure the work was completed in a timely manner even though I added extra work.Johnny is a very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable guy and I couldn't recommend him enough. I will definitely use him again for future work!!!

Recently used JC Installs to remove my 5 year old system and install new CCTV cameras at my home. The install was second to none, not one cable visible nor one ugly fitting on show. The installers did everything in an OCD fashion. They even cleaned up any mess created from drilling. It far exceeded my expectations. I’m a very hard person to please and everything was just spot on. The team were very trust worthy and were a pleasure to deal with right from the initial quote. Not one bit of pressure applied. I do not normally leave reviews but these guys need one. Thank you again JC Installs.
