Dealing with Knight & Knoxley was like night and day compared to our experience with other agents in Hastings. From the moment I spoke to Mark on the phone I could tell he was taking the time to understand the nuances of who we were and what we were looking for and that our journey down from London wouldn't be wasted.We were shown some truly remarkable properties, any one of which was worthy of serious consideration, but what we weren't prepared for was how much fun the process would be. Even during the sticky stages of negotiation, Mark had a way of taking the stress away and going above and beyond to be supportive in the process.As delighted as we are to have found a wonderful new home, we'll miss having an excuse to hang out with Mark!

Had a wonderful stay at a lovely house in Old Town! Knight and Knoxley were absolutely great at helping us from giving us great recommendations to even offering to post a charger we had left behind. When we arrived there were beautiful fresh lilies in the dining room, and even some freshly baked bread in the kitchen - 5* attention to detail! Definitely one of the kindest and most helpful agents I have ever met, would definitely recommend if you are considering a visit to Hastings.

Honestly the best experience I've ever had with estate agents. Ayrton was particularly helpful, as first time buyers we had all our questions answered and really felt supported throughout the whole process. Jordan was really helpful with our purchase , always sorting out arrangements and organising things when they got complicated. Ours was not an easy house to sell but they came up with lots of viewings and we received two offers in a short space of time.
