NAIL DESIGN GLEADLESS

Booked an appointment with Nail Design and it’s been a lovely experience. Not often I get my nails done, but wanted to treat myself! I was seen quickly and my nails have been completed the way I asked. Salon was a nice, quiet atmosphere, so I didn’t feel overwhelmed. I’d definitely come back again x

Not very professional while I was there a lady came in for something with her feet.. she complained and left without payment as they had made such a mess of her toenails and also a lady who nails they had made a mess off was also unhappy.. terrible I would avoid at all cost.. not a very nice experience

My wife goes there and has her nail done, they are always busy in there and with good reason. Only trouble is finding somewhere to park because it is on a main road. They have a huge selection of colours that are visible from when you walk in. If you don't mind waiting the this is the place for you.

Had my nails done and wish to god I hadn’t. They were rough with my nails and hurt me, when I informed them of this they just laughed at me. I paid them in full and left heartbroken,TBH I cried after my nails were done because the pain was so horrendous.If you look at most of the complaints made against them, the reply is basically the same. They plead poverty while wearing designer clothes. They are very ignorant and charge you a different price every time you go.Overpriced rip off merchants! Avoid at all costs.

What a FIND this place is. Right on my doorstep too. The team are simply wonderful. So professional and I've been 3 times now. Gel nails and a pedicure today. They treat me so well and even sprinkled rose petals in the foot spa! I am a convert. Its a perfect place to relax and let the staff work their magic! I love the overall experience as you can switch off and not have to engage in conversation. The gel polish lasts and doesn't chip easily. They are masters of their craft!

DO NOT USE !! This is all recordered and will be put on social media so you can see how they are compulsive liars !! Shouting at me infront of my baby and I paid £42 for them nails Disgusting behaviour infront of baby’s !!!! My sister came in the other day for a set of nails and asked for a simple design and the set I left with my 18 month old could have done a better job. It was nothing like the design I asked for Infact it’s barbaric to think they believe it’s acceptable to send a client home with nails this bad. I didn’t say anything at the time because Last time my experience wasn’t great and I said something they disagreed with me so I wrote a review and was asked to take it down my staff and made to feel small in front of other customers. Therefore I am doing it again and I will not be going there even for convenience like I did this time! Wouldn’t recommend at all to anyone, awful service especially when it cost £42 money should be refunded as I’m having to pay else we’re to sort the mess made on her nails I then went in after a week of mt nails falling off and told her I had aniexty and to not make me feel uncomfortable she starts to shout at me infeont of my baby !shop wants closing down as the lack in professional and can’t even give nails to quality !! Disgusting you want to take fault for ur behaviours u are the problems not ur costumers !!!

Had my nails done this evening, was almost the last customer and it was much later than advertised closing time but at no point did I feel like they were rushing. My nails look really beautiful, exactly what I asked for, very professional, polite friendly, really helpful with the advice given. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this nail salon thank you have a lovely Christmas

I have been going to nail design since they opened. I have had tips with acrylic and gel but now have my own just acrylic

This place is amazing went here for the first time with my mom and the people in there were so sweet, very chatty and funny. Will definitely be returning x
