From initial visit/ quotation to site survey (by Dave) and installation, everything was exceptional and the awning is great.We had a (very minor) issue recently which was dealt with very promptly and professionally, again by Dave, who is a credit to the team.Highly recommended.

We met Kim on his stand at the Beaulieu flower show and were impressed by the quality of the products they had on view. We've got a west facing house with large windows and the heat-gain from sunlight was a big issue for us. Kim followed up with a visit to see us and did a great job of explaining things in detail. Very professional pitch that further impressed us.The installation team are a very professional and tidy bunch and made sure that the blinds were sitting perfectly.We're very pleased with the outcome and the 10-year warranty is reassuring given that these are premium items.Many thanks to the whole team at GB Awnings.

We were impressed that Kim came to visit prior to giving a quote. Everything was clearly explained, including the 10 year guarantee on all components. This was a better deal than we had been offered elsewhere. Communication was excellent and the awning arrived on schedule. Fitting was very efficient, including bringing it over a 10 foot wall to access the back of the house. All the people we encountered were highly professional and pleasant. We are delighted with the awning which, on hot days, has made a huge difference to the temperature of our west facing living area/kitchen.

Found this company at the Hampton Court Garden Festival and they came round a couple of weeks later. They guided us gently to an awning that suited us best - we have never bought one before!. The fitting six weeks later could not have been simpler and we are really happy with the result. Thoroughly recommend them!

From the director to the surveyor and the fitters everything was perfect The director came on a Monday Bank holiday ,the surveyor came two days later and a month later we had a beautiful awning Can't praise this company enough The quality is amazingWould highly recommend it
