SCAM. TOOK my car as a RUN AROUND!It makes me so sad to write this as I hate writing bad reviews and always feel that we should be kind but don't want others to go through the same.Took car in for some body work and full service, I have been to them before so thought they could be trusted. I couldn't understand the scam reviews I have seen until now.The job took a month with me chasing them as they never kept me up to date and seems like they took my car for a JOY RIDE as car increased by 170 miles!! When I questioned it, he said it must have jumped when he did the service and he happy to change it back! I said he needs to investigate within his team and garage as this is not right and not professional. He has ghosted and not replied.The body work was not good when you look closely esp when he had it for a month and now my car door has an issue with the central locking.So disappointed.

My car needed a service but there were also warnings signs on my kadjar which was a bit worrying. I booked an appointment for the following Tuesday with mr anam to see my car.I later realised that the car DPF needed cleaning as it wasn’t picking up speed and called him and asked if he could do the work next day. He said he was busy but still managed to do the required work and finished it before my job started. I am very pleased with the service

Fantastic service. Being a single female always concerns me and I will get overcharged! Custom Werks was incredibly fairly priced and works completed to a high standard and completed at the time as estimated by the mechanic. Highly recommend this garage!

Went there October last year to have a clutch replacement it was the cheapest place and I can see why. Thought the job done was good at the time clutch seemed fine. I did send a email months ago about issues I was having with the clutch slipping. My own fault I should of gone back but not even a year later and only 5000 miles on the clutch the car is completely un drivable. Go anywhere near the throttle and the slip is ridiculous. I went to someone else to just have a look and they suspect either cheap parts or a poor skim on the flywheel is causing the issue. Not happy

Great for custom cars, knows what they're doing and completely everything to a standard. Extremely impressed with the workmanship and quality of service. Will definitely be returning

AVOID at all CostsThey had my car for over 2 weeks for a clutch change the lack of contact was disgusting. I was constantly chasing them. They told me it was one thing then next thing I knew without asking me they took my gear box to a specialist. He clearly didn’t know what was wrong with the car. They ended up having to keep my car for scrap and it wasn’t worth fixing. When I went down to get my stuff out the car I found it squeezed into a corner taken apart in a tiny tiny garage. We then found out the whole time the guy I was dealing with was in Morocco. The worst service I have ever had with a garage I’d strongly advise you to not use them

Dealt with Alan at Custom Werks and had a pleasant transaction. Supplied and fit a reconditioned engine in super fast time and was really good on price also. Recommend to anyone needing a reliable garage !! Thanks Alan

Had a damaged engine in my f82 m4, was getting crazy quotes from multiple garages elsewhere, until i was recommended aman so got them to carry out all the works, engine was diagnosed within few minutes and repaired quickly at a very good price. Till day i have no issues with my car and cant thank these guys enough.Needless to say i will be bring all my high performance cars to these guys as they are the best in the game

Really thorough job, also did gearbox and clutch fluid change at the same time as flywheel and clutch replacement. Most reasonably priced garage I could find and professional job done. Even provided me with pictures with the invoice and came in on a Sunday so I could collect the car.

Branded brake repairs at a very sensible prices. Highly recommend them for any car services. I’ll be happy to deal with them again for other services. They also checked my front wheels for alignment issue and gave me advice on next steps. Appreciate them for respecting for their work and kind advice.
