A lady called claire who cut my hair seemed nice, but very unprofessional while cutting my hair and failed to follow the instructions of what was requested. she cut my hair on the top very unevenly andquickly rushed on the back and sides. I won't be going back as i was disappointed.

Abi is by far one of the best hAirdressers I have ever come across. Completely transformed my hair from a dead mess to a beautiful platinum blonde. And to add she stayed 4 whole hours after she finished just to finish off my hair. By far the best colourist and stylist I've ever come across. Amazing highly recommend

Excellent salon!! It was my first time there and im so happy with my hair. Niloo helped me choose the colour and it came out really great. The salon was spotless and you can see all the precautions taken with disinfectants, distancing, visors and screens, Really great service, ill be back again!

My experience with Claire was the worst ever she is the worst hairdreser and very nasty intentions.She put on dark brown number 5 and 4 which everyone know is black on lovely golden highlights she then stands at the sink like butter would not melt and puts gloves on and rubs it into the whole of my head.She's a nasty horrible person and I hope her husband realises.I hope the next person who hair she ruins gives her a good slapping.Bet the company is money laundering.

The worst men's haircut imaginable...so bad I took photos of it. I think the hairdresser was called Anna (young eastern European) and she cut each side at the back completely different, although I explained to her fully how I wanted it. The front was lopsided and all I wanted was a straight forward cut brushed backwards.....nothing special at all. AVOID !

Been having hair styled since it opened. Ever so friendly and ready to listen or offer helpful guidance. Always offer a drink from beverages to juice or water. A rare gem of a hair and nail salon. Everyone works to please.
