highly not recommend this place .I went for highlighting ,Dorota didn't say what colour will suit my face ( before hairdresser always say to me). When she start colouring my hair foil fell down .when she picked up the foil she call me twar" (i speak russian and polish similar to russian language).She overexposed my hair

I am a regular at this salon & have been for ages. Amazing service & always happy with the end results. Friendly atmosphere, 10/10 recommend to everyone :) x

The haircut I've received was fine, however I felt like I am rather interrupting a social gathering which hairdressers had with another client and her another family members. Usually chattering is a part of a casual atmosphere of beauty places but really made me feel uncomfortable. Appointment was delayed by almost an hour and when I finally sat down, the hairdresser was focused more on her conversation with other people. Zero precautions in effect regarding covid, lack of NHS track and trace records. I've asked the hairdresser prior to my appointment about estimated cost of a haircut as I wanted to pay cash and leave a tip and she said £ 15-20. I only got my ends and bangs trimmed and was asked £ 30. In a week her prices suddenly doubled. Very unprofessional place.

I had a Keratin treatment a few weeks ago by Dorota and I was very pleased with how it turned out, my mum also goes to Dorota and she’s very very happy with the outcome every time she leaves the salon, she’s looking forward to her appointment she has upcoming!! Thanks so much to Dorota for the brilliant job she does every time!!
