I went to seek Nicky’s help as I had a phobia of wearing face masks. Given the circumstances we find ourselves in these days this meant I felt that I couldn’t do the everyday things I took for granted before lockdown such as go to the shop.Nicky was very understanding and reassured me that she could help. I must be honest, there were times that I was sceptical about it working but Nicky worked some magic and I can now wear a face mask without any problem whatsoever. Not only does it mean I can now go to the shops and do other mundane day-to-day chores, she also managed to help me in other areas as well so I feel like I have a new lease in life. I would highly recommend Nicky to anyone for NLP and hypnotherapy.

Nicky has helped me massively with recent years of suffering with anxiety and OCD. Having suffered problems with panic attacks whilst driving on motorways and dual carriageways for the past 4 years along with being in other closed in situations. After completing the NLP programme with Nicky I drove on local dual carriageway and my previous OCD has now dissapeared, I now have a completely new lease of life. Just because your record is stuck in a groove it really doesn't have to stay that way. I now have a set of tools to really make my life so much better. I highly recommend taking the NLP and Hypnosis course with Nicky, the investment in yourself is one you will never regret. What sets her aside from others is not only her training and recognised certificates, but also her intuitive and kind manner. She really gets to the heart of the problem with her brilliant nature. Nicky is one of lifes true angels, a healer of the mind and of the emotions. Something, unfortunately none of us are equipped to deal with. Nicky has a way forward that helps you to become the very best you can be! 10/10.

Such a positive experience. I went to see Nicky because I recognised myself in her description of people she can help. I felt that I had lost the sense of who I was and what I wanted out of life. My mind chatter was very negative and I couldn’t move forward. Nicky worked with me without judgement. She didn’t give advice or tell me what to do. Nicky’s talent is to work with her client to find the answers that are already there but somehow out of reach. It was an intensive series of 6 sessions that have really paid off. The mind chatter is almost always positive, I am no longer my own worst critic and I have purpose and direction in my life once more. What is more, we worked on a number of issues that I brought to the sessions and I have made significant progress in all areas. Nicky, thank you so very much.

I highly recommend anyone who is struggling in life for whatever reason, to go and see Nicky.I found it a very empowering experience, Nicky helped me explore my negative emotions and the impact they had on my life.We worked through releasing these using several techniques, allowing me to realise how draining and unhelpful these emotions were.We then looked at what made me happy, when to let go of things, to discover what I really wanted out of life and then provided me with tools to help achieve this.Nicky even helped me stop eating chocolate - Fantastic!

Nicky is very a professional but also very personable lady. Right from my first meeting I was made to feel relaxed and safe and was assured that I was going to get myself back on track. I have recently seen Nicky with a lot of issues that I have suffering with for years. They have caused me problems, in every part of my life. I’ve been to see lots of councillors over the years.
