We've had a nightmare of a day, blocked storm drain out drive and garden has been completely flooded. My dad and partner have spent all day trying to clear it but the more it rained we just ended up back to square 1. We phoned Homeserve who we had a policy with and they couldn't come out tomorrow when we have a policy with them for this kind of thing is not ideal (bare in mind we weren't sure if we could use the loo so have been unable to use the loo all day and thought we would have to go and stop at my partner's parents with a Newborn in tow just isn't ideal), we then phoned Dyno-rod who would come out today but couldn't give us a time and wanted to charge us the earth! We finally after a battle all day with it worrying about what the hell we are going to do we found Drains Fast and what a Hero!! Here within 10 minutes of making the phone call and sorted withing 10 minutes and does not charge an arm and a leg. Thank you so much for saving the day!

I had blocked drains .called drains fast.got to me with in two hours .they told me i had a collasped drain,fixed within 24 hrs .very professional would highly recommended @ star .

Called at 9.00 am engineer turned up at 10.30 and cleared the blocked drain. Professional, courteous and good value for a same day call out. Thank you would not hesitate to use again
