I would highly recommend using Abbey Removals, they were very professional, reliable and very, very helpful. The removal team of Ashley, Dave, Ben, Josh, Martin and Noel were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, taking great care with all our belongings and making sure that everything was put where we needed them to be.If I ever move again will definitely be using Abbey Removals again.

Extremely poor experience with Abbey - I could not recommend them.After agreeing a date and a confirmed price in writing for my Harborne house move last month, I received a call from Phil Taggart a few days before we were due to move to say they could not do the job unless I paid them more money!He said they had mis-quoted me, they needed extra staff for it and their price was too low! He wasn’t interested in honouring his firm’s commitment to us nor his offer to match any like-for-like quote which I had also received elsewhere.Thankfully, that other firm was still on standby and large enough to resource the job at short notice, so we used them instead.Sad but true!

Absolutely amazing service from start to end. The two guys were so polite and took every care possible with my belongings. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend to anyone.
