I would highly recommend this company! It's unfortunate I wasn't able to fully complete my finance with them due to my car being rejected (the dealer was awful) if not for these guys I would be in such a bad situation! The complaints department took over everything for me and done everything in their power to help. If your unsure about finance I can honestly say this company will truly look after you.Kerrianne

DISGUSTING company. Purchased a £30k car through them in April that was totally defective. After 4 months, and after the dealer having it back I still haven’t been refunded and they tell me every day that I’m getting it the following day. Lying, discraceful company.

ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE.Car purchased through them has had nothing but problems (very poor dealership recommended by them).In a nutshell a car valued at £4000 will end up costing over £10000 with interest and repairs.Had car less than 12 months (5000miles) and already have £2500 worth of car issues.Spoke to 247 money for support who have in a nutshell advised do not pay for 2 months so the car goes into default

They appear to be underhand, not clear about payments. I’ve paid on time every month for 60 months, on statement it says final payment 250 (usual amount) plus 30 option to buy car. They took almost double in direct debit, I had no notice of this, nothing on statement no email notice of increased payment. I even phoned last week to check and was told last payment 250 due by 1st November so where did this double payment come from… I shall be on the phone this morning! Looked for my contract in online account.. it’s not there. Surely it should be. I would avoid if I where you they would be the last people I would go to for a car loan again!

Avoid this company like the plague!!Serious mechanical issues with the car after 7 months of having it. Contacted them to inform them the garage who looked at the car had told me that this fault would have been present at the point of sale, and repairs would cost double the value of the vehicle.247 money insisted that they would have to arrange their own inspection and would only help if in their words “it was proved the fault was present or developing at the point of sale.” The report said exactly that the fault would have been developing at the point of sale, but now 247 money have decided that is not enough.I have informed them that I can’t afford to pay for a car that I can’t use so they need to come and collect the vehicle, their response was that they would not be replying to anymore of my e-mails.Absolutely shocking!!

Eventually picked the car up after months of asking then turned up with no warning I had to leave work to come and let them take the car off the drive!! All I have had is problems with the car since I got it the mot is not worth the paper it's printed on!! Previous mot stated brake pads were low the garage did a new mot which had no advisories on the car hadn't been serviced even though I was told it had been! To be fair 24/7 money paid for the service however during the service the mechanic told informed me that the brakes hadn't been changed for years how can this mot be on the mot??? The turbo was about to go as well the complaints department took forever to get back to me and I know they are now going to chase me for money for a car that has been parked up for months due to not been roadworthy!! Absolutely shocking!!!!!

Never had a problem when I first started, had a crash In January but still paid 156 per month thing is the settlement figure in February is about 17 lower than this month, absolute rip off the r. Got quote from insurance and they expect me to pay it to them, done nowt but lie t me all they're bothered about is getting paid

Unfortunately had to voluntarily terminate the agreement after experiencing financial difficulty. I never received paperwork to confirm this and I was also told I'd receive a phone call to arrange the collection of the vehicle. This never happened, resulting in someone turning up unannounced to repossess the vehicle meaning I had no means to collect my child whom was staying 50 miles away. I had no problem surrendering the vehicle my problem was with the fact that I had no notice like I was promised.

Raised a complaint, was offered a “manager” to call me back, declined this and said I want an official complaint logged. Agent agreed.10 Minutes later the manager rang me back to tell me that my complaint is apparently unjustified. I didn’t want this call, I want a formal complaint so that the FOS and the ICO can decide if it’s justified or not, not some power hungry team manager that can’t follow a basic instruction not to call.
