Miniumum billing of £60 which is fair, as you need to do some filthy stuff to get chrome on a bit of kit, but their reluctance to even attempt to chrome some small alloy parts I had was very dissapointing.If I had a big radiator or something more straightforward, I'd go back. They're very busy so probably don't need to bother doing anything that's not simple.One star because the lack of interest doesn't cut them out as very useful to me.

Quickly responded to my initial enquiry about re-chroming an antique lamp. They asked for more details so I sent photos and some measurements. I received no reply despite sending email 3 times to different addresses. Fine if they can't do it for some reason but at least let me know and I can try elsewhere.
