Really high quality work from this sail loft. After four months cruising in northern Europe and Norway we have been delighted with our new Owen Sails spray hood - expertly made to a custom design, excellent fabrics, fit spot -on. The price was very competitive. Lots of trouble taken in measuring and subsequent fitting on board. Very good follow-up service to resolve a minor teething issue with one of the fittings. Discussion about a new Yankee gives me confidence Owen Sails know their stuff so will ask them to quote when the time comes. I live locally and my caravan awning was damaged in unexpected high winds whilst on holiday returning home I thought I would give Owen Sails a call just on the off chance that they could carry out a repair. Once they had inspected the damage they said it could be done but would take a few weeks because they were busy, this was not a problem for me so having had quote from them I was happy to for them go ahead. Sure enough they were right on time and price and I am very happy with the service and quality of the repair. Highly professional in all aspects. A big grateful thanks to Owen Sails.
