I bought a 2016 VW Transporter van in August - when we went to collect it the rear bumper had a crack in it. The salesman offered to replace this - after months, and up to this day of chasing, this I have had nothing but one email around two months ago apologising and saying they would sort it. My other many phone calls and emails have all been purposley ignored - I would not recommend buying a van from here if you think you might need any kind of after sales service. It has been the worst after sales service I have ever experienced.

Apologies for the delay in writing a review - i have been having too much fun driving my new TGE 3.14 MAN Van! The service received at Steadplan was amazing. I live at the other end of the country, so when I came for my initial test drive Craig was really accommodating. He walked me through all the options available in a really clear, open and honest manner. I was immediately put at ease. It was obvious straight away that the Van was what i wanted, meaning it was just a case of deciding on the options.Craig was fantastic during this process, advising on what other clients tend to go for, and helping me to spec the perfect van for my requirements. A fantastic deal was had, and I walked away that day knowing i would have a bit of a wait on my hands but confident I was in safe hands. Communication throughout the wait time was fantastic. I haven’t stopped smiling since picking the van up, partly because of the actual vehicle, but also because of the experience of buying from Steadplan. I have been recommending them to all my colleagues, and won’t hesitate to use them in the future. Thanks again to Craig for making the buying experience so easy, enjoyable and professional.

The phone system is terrible, phoned three times and was in a que for over 20 minutes each time before I had to hang up with my issue still unresolved.

Excellent service, very friendly staff and no pressure. The way sales people should be. Didn't buy but doesn't mean they are no good.

Cowboy dealership. Each time I have taken my unit in. Problems" jobs not done. You need to book it in again for us to look at it.... Seat covered in oil and grease. Couldn't care less attitude. Suggestion. Avoid like plague. They don't even deserve a single star....."

Unfortunately the parts department have double standards on their procedure and when attempting to politely resolve the matter, it falls on deaf ears and from the principle down , which has led to our company being hit with £350.00 .
