Booked a Double Decker Night Tour in London -- was the perfect Bucket List moment. Booking was seamless and guiding directions were clear. Offered hard to beat prices against competitors. Would re-book through them again!

Pretty impressed. Had an issue with a booked tour with a 3rd party service provider. After having trouble getting to the event, the service provider declined the refund - but the help desk in Evendo helped me get it anyway and handled the 3rd party without me having to hassle! Very professional.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed the tour around Frankfurt's restored old town. We were impressed by how easy it all was - the GPS worked out where we were and delivered the relevant information just when we needed it. The tour progressed at a good pace and there were several opportunities to pause along the route.I made a mistake on the booking, but the team at Evendo was very helpful and swiftly rectified the problem.

I first attempted to resolve an issue with this company on August 18th and it was finally resolved by September 4th, 18 days later. The length of time this took was blamed on the fact I called outside of business hours and left voicemails (which my calls were never returned) The email response I got an email stating he was on vacation, I asked when I would hear back and didn't get a response for that for over a week. I am glad to have my business removed from their database because it's been proven that if my clients or I need to resolve an issue it will be a huge hassle. Hope they improve their supplier customer service!

I purchased tickets to the Palmsprings Aerial Tram on the website and was able to save some money. They were great with communication when I emailed them with a question regarding the tickets. The only thing that made me a little un easy was not being able to print my tickets on the website but my tickets were ready at the Palmsprings Tram the day we arrived to play in the snow. I was very happy!

We booked a Harry Potter Muggles tour around parts of London on Evendo during the summer holiday and it was amazing. Fantastic customer service from Evendo, easy to use voucher, all the information was received from the tour operator in good time and easy to understand- everything we needed for a great family activity!

Although I did not go through with the experience, Evendo went out of their way to help me get a full refund although the error in booking the wrong date is my own fault. Was lucky to have their kind assistance indeed!

At first I thought this was a scam because1. The attraction (La Sagrada Familia - Barcelona) I wanted to go to was sold out for my chosen date across multiple other websites, and this company had a ticket available.2. I had never heard of this company until I looked for a ticket and couldn’t find much information or reviews about them apart from google reviews.Right up until the entrance gate I was nervous but the ticket was legit and I got in fine.The only thing that let it down was that I was unable to access the audio guide via the La Sagrada app as you needed to put in an email address in which the ticket was bought from. Because I didn’t buy it directly from their official website I couldn’t access it and it didn’t accept my email email address. I asked staff at the attraction for help and they said without the original purchasers email address I wouldn’t be able to get on.I tried to phone support but didn’t get an answer, I’m assuming the office was closed at this time.However I am just grateful that I was able to get a valid ticket at short notice when other websites were sold out.I would buy from them again. Just hope this take this feedback on board.

I had a very nice customer service experience with them. They were very informative and supportive along the way.They trusted my word and provide me a full refund when we have a disagreement with local provider.

Booking experience is good, fast and smooth. And I recently found I have to change the schedule by one day, Mr Simon helped me to complete the rescheduling within the same day when I reached to their official email, thanks.
